POTATO CHIP CHICKEN FINGERS
4-6 skinless
boneless chicken breasts.
1 bag of any
flavor potato chips, finely crushed
1-2 beaten
eggs
1 cup of milk
Thaw and slice
chicken into strips. Mix egg &
milk. Roll in egg, then into
crushed potato chips. Place on
cookie sheet spayed with PAM. Bake
at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, turning about ½ way through.
Serve with
honey mustard dip (see recipe below), barbecue sauce, ranch etc.
HONEY MUSTARD
SAUCE
Mix
together: 1 ½ cups of mayo, 2-3
tablespoons of honey and 2-3 tablespoons of mustard. ENJOY!
